I am presenting at the LEAN Systems Summit at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland, ME in August. My talk is part of a paid conference that will bring in business attendees from across the US. If you’re in a business that is trying desperately to get organized, you’ll learn a lot from this group. I presented at last year’s LEAN Summit. I loved the energy of the group and learned so much. This year, I am presenting on ways to create a healthy work environment where LEAN ideas can take root.
